I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel, especially because of the stunning views over Bandung and its central location near popular spots and the airport. The room was exceptionally clean and even included a bathrobe and slippers, which was a nice touch. However, the service could use some improvement, especially in the hospitality management and wait times during busy periods. The breakfast options were quite limited, which was a bit disappointing.
